Olea Kotti was established in 1890, in Tunisia, stemming from the olive trees that had been passed down for three generations. Mr. Abd Al-Rahman Al-Kotti watched the trees grow before his own eyes, as it had belonged to his father.
He valued the traditional methods inherited from his grandparents and utilized them to produce his own crude Premium Tunisian Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. He began production by setting up a small factory, furthering the creation of his Premium Tunisian Organic Extra Virgin Olives Oil, specifically the way he remembers from his childhood. His passion stems through three admirable generations, staying alive today through the authentic Premium Tunisian Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil : Olea Kotti.
In 2022, entrepreneur Mr. Rami Kseri, Founder of Elite Nutritions (USA) sought out to find the most Genuine, Premium, High-Quality Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil on the market.
He eventually came across Olea Kotti and instantly began the collaboration. In partnership with Mr. Mohammad Ali Al-Kotti, “Elite Olives” was born. Just as Olea Kotti, we value the globalization of our Original, Premium, High-Quality Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, as well as the hard-working and efficient farmers that make it happen.

Everything began with a dream,
the passionate farmer Mr. Abd Al-Rahman Ben Ahmed Al-Kotti cultivated his first land as “Ben Slema” and began minimal production of the Premium Tunisian Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, using traditional methods intended only for the needs of his family. His production was based on the olive trees of the Chemlali variety, which are characterized by their resistance to drought and high temperatures.

of the Premium Tunisian Organic Extra Virgin Olive is passed on from one generation to the next, offering only the best for the family. We continued the cultivation of olive trees that are regularly planted at a distance of 24 meters between each other.

The Last Land Was Cultivated Was “El-Hlelia”.
Our passion and enthusiasm moved us to offer olive oil for sale. With a number of olive trees on our lands, we started to pick the crop and take them to the ‘Abdelmoullah’ factory to be pressed.
Every single tree is carefully picked by hand in a traditional way and cold-pressed immediately after harvest.

Al-Kotti family was known for its authentic and delicious Premium Tunisian Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Then, we started to take our picked olives to the “Boukhris” factory to be pressed.
